Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is a famous waterfront township located in Dubai Marina, Dubai, UAE. The development stretches 1.7 km and covers a total area of 2 sq km. It includes 40 towers—35 are residential and 5 are hotels—and can house around 15,000 people. There are 6,917 apartments ranging from 900 sq. ft. studios to 5,500 sq. ft. penthouses.

The residential blocks are divided into six clusters, offering a top space for buyers to enjoy. The township was launched in August 2002 by Dubai Properties, a part of Dubai Holding.
